SRM UK provide first class service on SRM Powermeters and SRM Powercontrols. The majority of routine service work is carried out here in the UK with a turnaround time of normally 4-6 working days. We also provide warranty support plus technical advice, SRM fitting, software support and training. We can also supply and fit replacement crank arms and chain rings - if fitting at the same time as we do the service there will be no additional charge and your powermeter will be calibrated with the new rings -- just check the tick box when you book the service.
For all NONE UK and NI customers you may be liable for import duties based on the value of the service charge. Please see our overseas shipping notes
PLEASE ALSO NOTE -- For the small range of units that cannot be serviced here in the UK additional shipping, customs. and labour charges may apply.
Please ensure the unit is cleaned before sending otherwise a cleaning charge may apply. Please include chain rings and left hand crank.
Occasionally units may need to be send to SRM GmbH for additional work that cannot be completed in the UK., this includes all warranty work. This will add around 4 weeks or so due to transit and customs times plus a longer service timescale. Any additional charges will be cleared with you first and you will be send a secure payment link -- please DO NOT include card details with the goods.
We strongly recommend that SRM powermeters are sent in for a battery replacement and calibration every 18-24months (once their warranty expires).

Third Party Warranty : we are more than happy to help you out if you purchased your SRM unit elsewhere , and it is still within the three year warranty period, but we need to charge a handling charge to cover our costs - please order this from the listing below (diagnostics / third party warranty)
